Do I need to make a reservation to get a hammam treatment?

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

At least one day in advance is recommended. For groups, earlier booking increases availability.

Reservations can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance.

Yes. Our team can assist with transportation. This service is complimentary, subject to availability. Taxi arrangements can also be made.

Your Visit

Open six days a week, from 08:00 to 22:00. Closed on Mondays. Last recommended booking time is 20:30.

Pestemal, slippers, towels, shampoo, and disposable underwear are provided. Hairdryers and basic amenities are available. You may bring a swimsuit or personal care products if you prefer.

Yes, as long as they do not damage the hammam’s historic surfaces.

Treatments typically last between 1 and 3 hours. We recommend allowing at least 30 minutes before and after to change and relax. You are welcome to enjoy the spaces at your own pace during opening hours.

Yes. Guests may wait in the foyer, the cold room, or the garden when weather permits.

Guests of all ages are welcome under parental supervision. Ages 0–5 join free and may share a therapist with a parent. Ages 6–11 can enjoy the “Little Bubbles” treatment. Treatments require accompaniment by a parent of the same gender.

Facilities & Practical Information

Semi-private treatment areas (halvets) are available within the common space. Please contact us in advance for arrangements.

No. As a historic double hammam, treatments take place in gender-separate areas.

Yes. Separate sections allow simultaneous treatments.

Up to 10 guests in each of the women’s and men’s sections.

No. The hammam offers traditional bathing services only.

There is no private parking, but several options are available nearby.

Hairdressing services are not offered. Hair dryers are available.

Yes. Kese mitts are single-use and provided to guests after the treatment.

Health & Personal Considerations

Hammam services are not generally recommended during pregnancy. Please consult your doctor before visiting. The hammam does not accept responsibility for related risks.
