As part of Margaret R. Thompson's Temenos: The Inland Sea exhibition at Zeyrek Çinili Hamam, this hands-on workshop takes inspiration from the Temenos scent developed in collaboration with Homemade Aromaterapi. Together, we will explore the relationship between our sense of smell, memory, emotion, and place, while reflecting on the transformative role of rituals in everyday life.

Organized as part of the Zeyrek Çinili Hamam Museum Learning Programme, this workshop invites children into the exploratory world of art.

You are invited to explore the art of miniature painting through Murat Palta’s contemporary interpretation. As part of the Zeyrek Çinili Hamam Learning Program, this workshop for adults invites participants to work with characters inspired by the architecture, tile patterns, and visitors of Zeyrek Çinili Hamam. Using a selection of pre-designed figures, participants will reinterpret these characters through their chosen motifs and patterns, transforming the hammam’s sense of time and space into personal visual narratives.

As part of the Zeyrek Çinili Hamam Museum’s Children’s Learning Program, this workshop led by Atölye Pikolo invites children to explore both art and the creative process. Inspired by Margaret R. Thompson’s "Temenos: Inland Sea" exhibition, participants will experiment with earth, plant-based pigments, and natural textures, creating layered surfaces. Moving between figure and landscape, they will develop their own visual language. Engaging multiple senses, the workshop encourages children to think through materials, express through texture, and freely expand their imagination.
