Curated by Anlam de Coster and organized in collaboration with the Alekos Fassianos Museum and Estate, the exhibition takes place in the Byzantine cistern uncovered during the restoration of the hammam. The exhibition is open to visitors free of charge until December 31st, 2024, every day except for Mondays from 10am to 6pm.

At the cold room of Zeyrek Çinili Hamam, we hosted a Wikimarathon with Wikimedia Turkey, where we had the pleasure of contributing to Wikipedia on hamam culture and architecture.

Zeyrek Çinili Hamam will be hosting a new series of talks. Focusing on the book Barbarossa’s Çinili Hamam: A Masterpiece by Sinan, published concurrently with the opening of the hammam, the talks joined by the authors in the book will explore the various aspects of the hammam. Hosted by the book’s editors Aslı Özbay and Aykut Şengözer, the talks will take place between January 20–February 24, 2024 at the men’s cold room of Zeyrek Çinili Hamam.
